For example, a Finnish guy i was chatting with randomly decided to bring something up Finns do (in a convo that had nothing to do with Finns) and I said in a dismissive way “good for you guys” so the topic of the convo could change. He started seething and called me a shitskin Arab yet I didn’t say anything negative or positive about his culture, I was just indifferent.

Nah it’s a white thing, they generalize everyone into one big thing, are very ignorant etc but get mad when you don’t care about their cultures. It’s not like you’re insulting them but you not caring is an insult to them which sorta means they have a complex of superiority that is solely based not on individual achievements but achievements of others who are part of their in-group
