I'm trying to lose weight but it's hard because of depression and just a lack of meaning in my life. I don't know if it motivating or demotivating to see absolute lost causes like this girl or Nikocado losing hundreds of kilos while I struggle to lose 20. The worst part is that I went from 120 to 75 in 2023, the first time I've successfully lost any meaningful amount of fat, but life threw a couple of curveballs at me and I just completely lost the will to live. I've struggled to get back on track ever since. Ice cream gives me solace I suppose.

It's easy, just pick an easy diet and stick with it.
In Norway you could only eat tot. Herrings, a bit of butter for the fats and rye breads, and the rest of the diet could be plenty veggies (not legumes)

tammy still needs to lose even more weight, it's a stretch to say she could EVER look normal having been the weight she was, but I have a theory that if she just kept cutting down to like, anorexic tier weight, maybe 95 lbs for her height (which is still perfectly healthy for Gods sake) and maintained that for a while, I think some of that horrendous skin would tighten up, face would lose the weird stored fat, and THEN she should get the excess surgically removed, and the start weight lifting and slowly adding weight back until she's maybe 120lbs at the lowest healthy bodyfat she can maintain. She might actually have a chance at looking normal then
