In prison they use a different method of HRT called "shaman ale". Basically they get white males to piss in cups, jugs, any kind of container really, mix it with various other ingredients and booty bandits will force their new white boy slaves to consume the "shaman ale" in order to feminize them further.
This comes from the idea that urine contains estrogens and urine from white males is considered to be far more potent in estrogens and therefore is used as replacement for HRT in most prisons.
