In America almost every white family who’s been here since the 19th century has some (dubious) claim of Amerindian ancestry dating back to well over a century. The reason this is done is obvious, the claim to this heritage gives them a perceived legitimacy to being locked to the soil. Does your cunt have anything like this?

That was common in Brazil. The oldest families in São Paulo (quatrocentões) would pride themselves in having native descent from the unions of the early Portuguese settlers with Indian women and maintain careful records of their lineages. Until around 1800 the spoken language there was actually a dialect of Tupi instead of Portuguese.
