Singapore have their own problems. I would say, overall holistically best is Thailand. Best wages is Singapore. Best for cost of living and comfy is Malaysia. Best for entreprenuers is Indonesia. Best for manufacturing is Vietnam. Best for Ancap libertarians is Flipland. Best for gibs is Brunei. Best for cannibals is Timor Leste. Myanmar, Cambodia is for drug dealers.
