Why do Western developers not shave their beards? I'm a code monkey too, and even if my beard grows a little, it feels itchy and bothersome, so I shave it all off. Beards just gonna work like full mental overheads. Why do Westerners grow it?

99% of men look better with some kind of facial hair. Big unkept beards pretty much never look good though
