Ngl when I went to Stockholm I ate incredibly well. Had a salmon tartare, which was probably the best i've ever had. I was also high af on Lyrica so that might have influenced a bit my judgment

Arguably every person on earth with the goal of frying meat has had the idea of rolling it into a ball. The thing differentiating the different recipes is meat mixture, size and the side dishes.

I actually had greek meatballs once, because I missed swedish food touristing greece as a kid and I wanted something familiar. I didn't even finish the plate. Not necessarily because it was bad but it wasn't the kind of meatballs I like, they were big as fuck

I don't know if swedish meatballs beats out köfte in an epic meatball rap battle but they're different things. Swedish meatballs might have a bigger presence /int/ernationally speaking because of IKEA but it wouldn't surprise me if they made them more like köfte in turkey for example
