The only reason countries want their populations to continuously go up is because it provides more workers which allows the economy to grow. That produces more money, and you can probably guess who's ultimately benefiting from all that money being deposited into massive international banks. Japan's native population is dropping rapidly because the Japanese are waking up to the lie that you need to be a good goy and provide more goylings to fuel the machine. The ultimate fate of Japan is importing millions of Indians, Vietnamese, and Filipinos to fill the void in the workforce and keep the line going up.
