Only if we ever get actual artificial neural networks instead of emulating with graphics cards. It could be too powerful though, getting banned from civilian use.

You can hate ai and the slop it's currently churning out but you can't deny that with the money and talent being poured into it, it's going to shake things up pretty bad in the coming years.

Not really, the best AIs will be in English, but in some way you are probably right. Considering that an AI is good at making things that are already there, an AI would be better at making a transition of anything good that you guys have to some other culture/language rather than creating new things. However, it is not like this can't be used to make new things.

That doesn't matter, considering economies this will be even worse for us. It will be another thing that we will have to spend money and won't be able to have things here so we will have to pay companies from other countries to make those things for us.
