Brazil has 9% real blondes. Those Slavic and northern countries definitely have much more than 15%.

Maybe because it doesn't include dark blonde as blonde. Because the borders between light brown are very vague. Slavs for example don't call dark blonde colour blonde at all

I live in 10-5%, I see at least one light blonde person a day, if I go outside. Yesterday I saw a family with 3 kids, all of the kids were light blonde.
