That's not enough to become a superpower. Poland had consistently higher birth rates than Germany throughout most of the 19th century and early 20th century and yet Germany was the great power and Poland didn't even exist as a country. Also you omitted the fact that white men are on average literal cucks who will continue to toil and pay taxes that support a government openly hostile to them which serves interests that are completely at odds with the national interest. Even if 90% of the population are browns that 10% of whites that will continue to shit out innovations and technology will make a difference
