That's like a $600K house (yes even IN IOWA), I think everyone everywhere would love to live in a half million dollar house anywhere because it's nice. You can either be chilling in the American suburbs, enjoying a city apartment, living like a March Lord in reconquered ghetto territory, or enjoying a quiet off grid cabin. Don't get me started on what you can do outside the US. All those are nice things, because money can buy nice things. This lady simply wants money.

Do you mean size or everything about it? For the size you could probably get a decent one for 250 maybe even less. Size and new build (plus where in town that implies) and lot size maybe $350-400 is more accurate but I could see them at least attempting to sell for 600.

I'm ok here, and my family is all here. I would maybe move to the US, but only if I have some business stuff and felt like doing a shit ton of money. Otherwise, it is a bit pointless.
