Will America return to making media about European Princesses?

The original reactions to CalArts slop when it first started infecting modern animation is the most impressive example of 4chan being right I know of. I remember seeing threads complaining about this cookie cutter beanmouth style as far back as 2012 when it was still relatively new.
Fast forward to today and practically all mainstream animation looks like this. All of the people who once understood how to properly stylize human anatomy and make subtle changes to characters' faces to convey an expression are gone. It's only going to get worse. 4chan saw this coming.

Because 2D animation here is one of the rare instances where most of the industry is unionized in this country, why we send all our shit to Korea. They demanded too much to the point of making the Euros blush and now they're bitching they're out of a job.
