Absolute waste unless these are literal floor scrapings.
The fat in this meat should negate the need for mayonnaise. If anything, it should go well with sharper condiments - pickles of any kind, raw onion, capers, maybe blue cheese or a spicy green mango chutney.
The cheese sauce is an absolute mockery. If you're using wagyu for a burger, as inadvisable as that is, you want to draw attention to it. How are you going to do that, when you can't see it through a congealing puddle of colby and sodium citrate?
