i've seen people pass me when I'm doing 40 in a school zone. and they can never wait for you to finish your turn in residential areas, they always pull around your left like you're a big inconvenience.

The speed limits are 70 and 110 kph here I live but people always drive 5-10 under because of moose everywhere.
