We used to have metered internet data up until like 2009 or something, and my family could afford like 3GB per month, my brother and I would sometimes cap that before halfway through the month so then we weren't allowed to watch any more YouTube videos and had to watch out how many songs we downloaded, and basically only use MSN for texting.
