Why are western yuropeons such a disease on earth? I'll provide some examples:

>French disease โ€“ aka Syphilis (scientific name)
>Spanish flu โ€“ The 1918 influenza pandemic
English sweating sickness โ€“ A mysterious and deadly epidemic that struck England (and briefly mainland Europe) in the late 15th and early 16th centuries.
>German measles โ€“ Rubella (its scientific name)
>Italian fever โ€“ A historical term sometimes used for malaria (itsa me malario!)
>Portuguese disease โ€“ Occasionally used in the 16thโ€“17th centuries for yaws or syphilis in colonial contexts.

Dude I know it was named after Germans because they were the first to intensively study it, I'm not SCHTUPID!!!... i just made this thread for laughs, what I ment by my prior comment was that the English and French are stereotypically known for uncleanliness, I was asking if Germans have such similar stenotypes about them.

>Syphilis was first called grande verole or the "great pox" by the French. Other historical names have included "button scurvy", sibbens, frenga and dichuchwa, among others.[132][133] Since it was a disgraceful disease, the disease was known in several countries by the name of their neighbouring, often hostile country.[114] The English, the Germans, and the Italians called it "the French disease", while the French referred to it as the "Neapolitan disease". The Dutch called it the "Spanish/Castilian disease".[114] To the Turks it was known as the "Christian disease", whilst in India, the Hindus and Muslims named the disease after each other.[114]
