In the US at least they're kinda like non-nomadic gypsies in the sense that they seem to have an ethnic commitment to criminal activity. One dude I used to kickbox with ended up in federal prison along with several of his relatives for PPP fraud which means he was absolutely retarded because every mf'er with a small business was ripping that program off. They'll also live 3+ generations to a house so everyone can drive a poorly maintained Mercedes/Audi/BMW.
