Very rare. Only the upper class who earn $500/month and expats use them. The average minimum wage earner here can't afford to eat out because a single order would cost the equivalent of 2 days of their paycheck.

The problem is that nobody delivers normal Dutch food here. I think if someone would start doing it he'd be rich.

Now it's all fast food (fries, pizza, chinese).
