Do Sudanese "Arabs" really consider themselves on equal footing as those from the Arabian Peninsula?

Imagine if after Germany conquered Poland there was a civil war between the Wehrmacht and the SS, and the SS was in near total control of Poland

During the previous civil war in Sudan where there was an uprising in Darfur, the government of Sudan relied on absolutely brutal Arab militias called Janjaweed to put down the revolt, with the central government tacitly accepting and backing their war crimes and genocidal actions against the non-Arab blacks.

The Janjaweed militias became an army in it's own right called the Rapid Support Forces that had an immense amount of power deferred to them by the central government especially in the southwest to maintain control.

Recently Sudan was supposed to transition to democracy and hold their first free elections in decades, the RSF leadership feared losing their influence and so launched a coup which failed to take over the capital but succeeded in the regions they're based that they now control much of the country. They now have literally no oversight in the Darfur region and have launched a massive genocidal campaign again against the non-Arab black populations. If/once Al-Fashir falls it legitimately might be over for them. The central government wasn't even that good to them but so far frontlines have stagnated for months, and it doesn't look like they'll break the siege in time.

Egypt is beholden to the Emirates as well. Also expect another 2 wars in the Horn and Chad/Libya soon. By the time the decade ends, Emiratichads will have claimed the entire region's ports, agricultural lands and mineral resources.

They're basically just blacks that assimilated to Arab culture over time, they're generally from the region too yes.
>Why do they have a vendetta against the non Arabic speaking blacks
Racism and Arab-supremacism, conflict over power, and conflict over resource control.
>Who are the deep red, yellow and orange factions supposed to be
Deep red are the last remnants of the Darfur independence militias, orange and yellow are a pro-RSF militia, orange is shared control with them yellow is singular control

They are the remnants of the militia that formed South Sudan left north of the new border when it broke away. They're trying to align themselves with the RSF given their history of conflict with the central Sudanese government, but how well that will work long term who knows. They are also generally non-Arab minorities.

Arab isn't an ethnic term. You can be "African" and "Arab". The same way you can be "African" and "Western". Many of those being killed are Arabic speaking too so the genocide ia more a matter of securing land.
