Rich people know better the country than the locals I noticed.
I won't say what or where, but basically, four Chinese people came into the shop. And they knew in advance what they were going to eat.
One of the Chinese people actually ordered two portions of our dairy specialty. He ate 600 grams plus a butter cake.
My point is that even French people outside my region don't know these products. But wealthy Chinese people knew them perfectly well.
And I find it both funny and sad for other French people. Especially since it's because of Americans and Asians that our prices are increasing. We're limited, but the Chinese and Americans who know are ordering in droves.
