I was thinking about doing the same to lose some weight, but then I realized that keto might be the answer. Two days ago, I went to an "all you can eat" restaurant and ate around a kg of meat alone and actually lost weight on the day after. Of course, I also did extremely heavy cardio with Muay Thai and BJJ on the day the after, but I do it every single day so it doesn't make a difference when we're talking about losing weight instead of keeping it...
