"Real" whites in Brazil must be like 25% and 33% realistically (so 1/4th to 1/3rd max). But if you mean the more Northern European looking Brazilians then yeah, it must be like 10% ish. And to answer your question, no, Brazilians don't favour the whiter/whitest Brazilians in social media popularity at all, there's plenty of brown or black Brazilians who are extremely popular on youtube, even more than this guy historically.
