Why was nazism created by swarthiest southern bavarian/austrian germans but not in northern Germany?

Mainstream historiography will go to great lengths to obsfucate the real culprit behind fascism. This doesnt surprise one iota, since most of the people trying to explain nazism/fascism come from the same social background as the nazis & fascists.
