Do you use shampoo in your country? I hope not. Your hair is part of you and your body can control your hair. Using shampoo is sterilizing your hair, it destroys your natural oils and dries you up. You dont need shampoo to get rid of excess oils on your hair, your hair will adjust it and stop producing it if there is too much and overtime the levels will become normal.

with water your hair will not get sterilized. Using hot water is good so bacteria and yeasts etc. can die and some of the oils go off
