I'm paying $1950 (thats not including utilities, just rent) for a 1 bedroom 732sqft - 68 square meters - apartment + garage that is just outside a medium-sized crime filled city, not even downtown

You also forgot to mention you're also paid $10,000 as a gas station worker, eat at Subway every breakfast and change cars every 6 months

i actually wanted to be a hobo in Japan but i head that they are really harsh to hobo people. Like if you starve to death they dont even give you a bread and if you freeze to death they dont even give you a blanket. Japanoids seem to be soulless people that dont give a fuck about human rights. I dont support that kind of countries. Yes but they're corporate girls moving here as part of the gentrification, and that's mostly downtown. My apartment complex seems to be full of nice, professional people, but the surrounding area is a sea of run down suburbs, those large parking lot shopping centers, and stroads with mexican tire places and gas stations all around.
It'd be a 20-35 minute drive just to go to an area with girls who are wife material, i fear.
