I hate Trump and he's still pro-Israel at the end of the day but funnily enough, when he recently visited Keir Starmer, he was asked about other western countries recognizing Palestine, and his response was something along the lines of "I don't care lol, they can do whatever they want". I'm convinced that's one of the main reasons more western countries are recognizing Palestine, even if Rubio and the other little bitches at the State Department complain about it.
