Germany, France, Switzerland are all looking for skilled trade people and all are pretty good places to live.
I am not a trades person so I honestly could not tell you more in depth things about the current market just what I hear from word of mouth. Get good at the language of the country you are going ie study for 6 months and immerse yourself in its culture. You will love it there, I had an TA at my university when I was studying who had come from Wisconsin and she was a sweetheart and liked it too.

I just graduated college and I make $70K a year. Of that I pay

All in all this leaves me with $42K a year. Yeah my budget is a bit tight but this is still more than a fresh graduate in Europe would make.

I landed a comfy 90k a year job, its just not worth it to be honest, I could have done the same shit somewhere in europe for less pay but with less expenses. I know it's a meme these days but I am from a country where every city is walkable.
Arriving in the USA I quickly realized that I wouldn't be walking anywhere. I was basically living in my rental truck.
But that was nothing compared to how I felt listening to my cousins talk about work/life culture, the lack of vacations, the fear of their insurance not covering medical stuff, how hard it was to be a parent (cost of giving birth, not getting any paid parental leave etc) and of course mother nature decided to give me a reality check as well.
Hurricane Irma hit while I was at my cousin in Florida..
We don't have anything like that here.
