I went the wrong way down a very small one-way in Siena. No cars around. No people. A year later, a letter from Italian police arrives at my door in the USA. You've got to hand it to them, really. But Africa-tier driving on the highways is no problem for them. Anarchy really is the best way to describe it, like zero rules apply.
