They made a 12th feasibility report on connecting Bodø to Narvik by rail (today if you want to travel to Narvik you have to take the train from Oslo into Sweden then back into Norway again) followed by making another line from Narvik to Harstad and Tromsø.
They determined it wouldn't be financially beneficial for the country before donating 200 billion nok to Ukraine.
