The problem is the IPs, contracts, patents and reputation these tech companies have are worth billions of dollars, and Indians are scamming them off of Americans. It's a massive swindle. After taking these companies off of Americans, they're able to just turn them into a patronage gravy train for their caste. The marginal productivity gained and one or two inventions here and there isn't worth losing five decades worth of IP, contracts, patents and goodwill to another race. Shareholders can't really easily reign it in either because Indians know how to weaponize cries of racism.
