How come Jami` at-Tirmidhi contains Hadiths that were deemed Saheeh by Al-Bukhari yet they the master himself didn't put it in his own Sahih collection?
For example Al-Tirmidhi 3235 was narrated by Al-Bukhar yet it is not in Bukharis collection?

No. One time the prophet sent out his companions and they came across a man called Mirdas Ibn Nuhayk who greeted them by saying "Assalam Alaikum (peace be upon you)" but the companions thought he said it because he was afraid for his life and pretending to be Muslim. So they killed him and took all his stuff. When they came back the prophet reprimanded them for it and had a revelation from Allah that you should never accuse someone of faking being Muslim if they say the shahada or assalam alaikum in Quran 4:94
