Now to be honest with you, the people in that podcast happen to be from two cities known for an accent with a lot of sh sounds. The host and the guy talking to him are from Rio. The audio in the beginning sounds like it's by someone from Recife. Other Brazilian accents aren't like that, except amazon accent and Florianópolis accent
