i can't control my hunger at all if i eat carbs but cutting them out made a night and day difference for me. i can now actually eat less like all the memes say to do.
i even tested it. i ate some carbs at the end of one day after i finished my 1500 calories limit, a couple of hours later and i'm ravenously hungry and ate a bunch of other shit.
