Except they would use a spoon, and they would cut things up with a knife (as well as use the knife to hold food). Additionally they ate things in and with bread, pastry, etc. in the same manner that persists today. So it's rather different and table manners were still present.

Fork in the left hand, knife in the right hand
No putting the knife in the mouth
No elbows on the table
No reaching across the table, ask for someone to pass things
No smacking/eating with open mouth, take small bites
Wait to eat until everyone has been served
No leaving the dinner table until everyone is finished
Help pack up the dishes once everyone is finished
