muh poor people food is always a scam yeah, I can't even find tripe these days in butcher shops and when I do it's often prohibitively expensive. Imagine having to go to big cities to find offal to eat like an old school peasant ffs, and then it costs just as much as fresh pork or chicken. A lot of people have left those villages. They either go towards the cities or abroad. On the flip side you have people coming back from those places and opening up restaurants that are almost as good as in their country of origin.
I'm an urbanite so I don't know how well agriculture is doing.
