Yes. There’s clearly something naturally off putting about me and I have no idea what it is. I know that I’m a bit quiet, but I’ve known other quiet people who have no issues making friends or being approached by others. I can tell whenever I’m in a social situation (which isn’t often) that nobody, male or female, wants to be around me. When I talk to people I can tell they’re trying to end the conversation as fast as possible.

I’m not retarded enough to believe this no matter how many times people say it. No one can “sense” anything about another person. Everything you think you know about someone comes from their posture, their facial expressions, their verbal ticks, etc.
I’m clearly doing something with my body language that makes other people think “this guy’s a fucking weirdo” and yet I have no idea what it is. The worst part is I have friends who are all too nice to tell me what it is and/or are so used to my mannerisms that they can’t even notice whatever it is anymore.

This is exactly why I know there’s something off about me. Maybe you’re picturing me as the stereotypical image of a 4chan loser in your head, but I already do all of these things better than most men. I genuinely enjoy fashion and I think I dress better than most guys my age (not in a weird way either, I'm not one of those people obsessed with traditional menswear). I have a pretty good grasp on hair care and products for my hair type, although there’s not many ways I can style it since it’s pretty curly. I’m obviously brushing my teeth and trimming my nails, that’s basic hygiene. Teenagers know to do that stuff.
Again, despite doing all of these things people can somehow tell that I’m extremely socially awkward without even talking to me. I don’t get it.

Probably more than I once did, now that I’m old.

But honestly, no. Many aspects of my life are a disappointing mess, but women have always liked me. I never really struggled to date/get laid when I was single, and I’ve been happily married for a long time.

My career and health are disasters. But my love life and my social life have never been serious problems.

I don't know you anon. Just basic advice for autists. It's going to have to be something you'll figure out over time. You're unlikely to find someone who will give you the answer you're looking for and it's likely not a singular thing. Its likely a combination of a lot of small things from your appearance, mannerisms, general disposition, and way of speaking. If you care about it as much as it seems you do you'll probably sort it out but will be hard fought. Pretty much every normie-passing autist had to go through something similar. And I don't doubt what I'm saying is probably not very helpful, more telling you so you know it's not an impossible task and you're not the first to do it.
