How do you niggas living in cold climates survive without going insane or killing yourselves?

I'm a lifelong Florida resident and only for a brief 2 year period (work) lived in North Dakota, and it was absolutely miserable for 10 months of the year. The people were nice, the standard of living was high, but the climate was just unbearably horrible, to the point that I was borderline suicidal till I got back here.

I would rather to live in cold deserts like nevada, utah, colorado, patagonia, central asia or western china rather than anywhere. it has sun but not hot and not frozen. ideal place for me. ı wish i was born in xinjiang.

i grew up in flordia now i live in south dakota

its better than 95+ degrees every day except for one week in december doe

My brain is fucked up and some winters I have seasonal depression, even if winters in my country are a joke.
