There is a Turkish landlord in our town who has bought up multiple estates across Baden-Württemberg. If it's purchasable and decent enough you already know he's going to outbid you and buy it. I've heard that he has 50+ properties. He's literally playing Monopoly in real life.
My brother has been looking for a house to buy nearby but whenever he finds something good you already know that the fucker has his sights on it.
