My mum asked me that suddenly out of nowhere and I was trying to explain that I would do it eventually and that I was teaching myself web dev to get a job and as I was talking I started to feel a ringing in my ear, then it felt like I had a tight helmet on my head, then my hearing went muffled and I started to experience an unbearable vertigo which was trying to thrust me to the ground but I fought it for a few moments before I collapsed onto the ground and just lay there for 5 minutes feeling embarrassed
I got up and went into my room and then vomited into the bin
My mum thought it was a panic attack but I was breathing normally, I just had a physiological reaction
