Not amerifat tier it's ok you can easily be fitter. If you like to do the exercise bike then do intervals 45 sec hard resistance (at or near) full effort 45 sec easy recovery and repeat for at least 15min and build up to 45min
I hated going to the gym too so i have some weights at home - if you have space you can also. Pullup bar is great too. Or maybe a sport like football or badminton you might enjoy too? Cycling outdoors is fun only in summer here
