You are mentally ill.
Every language contains loanwords from other languages, and vice versa. Kyrgyz has hundreds and thousands of loanwords from Arabic, Iranian, Latin, Hindu, Mongol, Chinese and many other languages.
And all of these loanwords are now considered native kyrgyz words.
Russian simply stands out among them bc the kyrgyz have only recently come into contact with russians and consider themselves oppressed and colonized, hence every idiot tries to come up with a new word for already existing terms.
Language is like a living creature that changes rapidly over decades.
Regardless of the percentage of russian borrowings in kyrgyz, it remains essentially the same kyrgyz language.
No one is obliged to speak formal kyrgyz as in the soviet books printed 80 years ago.
It's ok to speak informal kyrgyz, which is enriched with new words every day.
