I do this to. It used to be actually useful back when I would eat and work out, but nowadays I mostly just jerk off and eat a singular bowl of cereal. By the time I get hungry I'm falling asleep. It's a vicious cycle. One I'm trying to market to fat people but ozempic already cornered the market on that.
