Its a fucking front wheel drive based unibody piece of shit. Not a real truck. Struggles under load. If you want a real Jap truck buy a Toyota.

it's what most americans who need trucks need

most americans don't need to tow boats or haul 2 tons of shit daily. vast majority of americans who buy trucks are looking for daily drivers that occasionally can handle dirty loads or appliances / couches

they need basically the honda ridgeline. it's a car with pretty good gas mileage that can:
1) handle something like hauling a bunch of bags of manure that you wouldn't want to put in your car
2) handle something like a washing machine that wouldn't fit into a van or SUV
3) handle something like 2x4s or whatever that wouldn't fit into most cars

I really don't get the hate for the ridgeline because its very versatile
i guess i don't get why people have strong opinions about a car that is good at what it does. if it wasn't good then I could understand

Its not a real truck. It's fine as a crossover with a truck bed but it's not a real truck. They suck at doing actual truck stuff. Rangers get better fuel economy anyway while being proper body on frame trucks.

yea, and its an american piece of shit compared to a real japanese car

the only american car I actually trust is the ford escape PHEV and that's because it's drivetrain is fully japanese

Rangers are also Japanese. They're just a Mazda BT50 platform with Ford styling.

you don't know about tax code

I know quite a bit about the g wagon deduction actually. I've done a significant amount of research into section 179 and bonus depreciation and intend to use it soon

I don't think most full size trucks sold in the USA are taking advantage of section 179 though. A lot of Americans just genuinely prefer driving massive ass trucks
