I make strong eye contact and try to calibrate my facial tension to make myself appear relaxed and calm but instead my face is rapidly morphing in a way that provokes intense unease in my counterparty

no i hate eye contact and this makes eye contact people crazy. they cant force me to keep eye contact but i can force them to not get it.
i just dont like stopping what im doing just to talk? i dont really like talking at all.

Yes. I started doing this because my uncle was doing it. I started imitating him and now I just dominate the conversation like that.
