Yes, they do that frequently lol. And it isnt framed as disagreeing with Putin but going against Russian law. Thats your mindset because you think Putin is the Russian govenrment when in reality its much more complicated than that. Theyre very open when they arrest people for things that break the law. But the issue here isnt the media, it's entirely irrelevant in Russia.
Nobody watches television except for ultra boomers, and even they are on telegram. Thats where everyone here gets their news from. And like I said whenever something like that happens its huge news. And also the government are very transparent in terms of their laws and what goes against them and when arrests for such things are made, yes
