The new ideological visa is very straightforward, gets you a 3 month visa during which you can get all the administrative shit done to get a 3 year residence permit which can be turned permanent if you pass Russian language and history tests.
But then you need a way to sustain yourself obviously, not sure about your financial/professional situation, either way it's never too early to start learning the language

as a Turk, Russians are easily the best type of European there is, on a cultural sense. I don't like that historically they have persecuted Turkic peoples or sovietised them, but I have many Russian friends who have a good normal mindset and brain and are also very very chill.
