You are horrid and disgusting. Worse than shit. We are all worse than shit. This isn't something to be depressed about, but a liberating fact. It is a demonstration of the absurdity of egotism, because it amounts to the cultivation and worship of something fundamentally worse than shit. Once you let go of ego and devote yourself to others and greater causes than petty ego do you actually begin to rise above the shit. Only those who are not so obsessed with themselves and nurturing their disgusting, pathetic egos eventually become something more than shit.
