Previous cases of commie countries adopting capitalism didn't go as well, they wouldn't instantaneously adapt to it, when you're rised under a totalitarian rigid regime you're used to the government just tell you what to do, you just obey. Capitalism requires taking control of your own life, take risks, innovate... that people don't have those skills. They also have 0 inertia, no family business, no companies at all...
