Unironically it's because they're trying to mimic the successes they see in the west but don't have the ability to fully roll it out, so they assume that emulating the perceived social hostilities hoping that'd put them in "the club". They also view our racism as close to theirs. I don't have it but I remember stumbling on a Nigerian meme page and it was basically Igbos talking immense shit and dehumanizing Hausas, Yorubas, and all the other Nigerian groups. Hostilities I think would have always existed, but the specific flavor I saw reminded me a lot of chud memes, except their Chad master-race was just a different type of Nigerian.

I think all browns secretly want to be white. This is especially true for Hispanics and Indians because of their history. With Indians, it could also be that they are significantly darker than other brown people.
